The firm was founded on a particular premise. Substantial small and medium-sized businesses are often poorly served by the legal profession — too small to receive meaningful attention from large firms, and too sophisticated to be well represented by most small ones. Mountain View Law was built to fill that space, and to serve those clients with focus and deliberate selectivity.
Each of our attorneys spent significant time in business before practicing law, working with companies that ranged from early-stage ventures to multinational corporations. That background informs everything that follows: how we read a contract, how we structure a transaction, how we counsel an owner through a consequential decision. It is the foundation on which the practice rests.
